Achievement: Lekatech got awarded 6,4 mln EUR (grant and equity funding).

Project goals: Co-create, pilot, validate and commercialize Lekatech Electric Breaker Hammer in the mining and construction industries. Deploy and scale up the solution globally.

Funding Instrument: MinetheGap (Horizon Europe) 

Achievement: Vemcon and Lekatech received each a 50.000 Euros grant.

Company: Vemcon GmbH, headquartered in Munich, is the pioneer for the simple control and automation of mobile machines such as excavators, graders, wheel loaders as well as agricultural and municipal machines.  

Project goals: The objective of this project is to co-create, develop and pilot an Interconnected Electric Breaker Hammer (IEBH) demonstrator that integrates Vemcon’s unique Copilot machine control solution (Provider) into Lekatech Electric Hammer (Adopter), for usage in underground mines.

Funding Instrument: Eurostars 

Achievement: Project consortium consisting out of 3 partners (Claned, Funka and Laurea) got awarded 1.04 mln EUR project.

Company: Claned online learning platform includes built-in learning design elements that intuitively guide users to create better online courses. Claned automatically gathers learning data from every interaction that happens on the platform, to improve the effectiveness of courses in real-time.

Project goals: The project was a collaborative effort allowed Claned a) to become an accessible solution offering inclusion and equality in education regardless of abilities b) commercially release its recommendation engine c) develop its global business.

Funding Instrument: EIT RAW Materials - Upscaling  

Achievement: The upscaling project ECHO got awarded 1,7 mln EUR funding. Lekatech as the main commercialization partner received half of the funding while 4 other partners in Poland, Spain and Greece will receive the other half in order to support Lekatech in commercialization and internationalization.

Project goals: Lekatech's novel patented technological innovation is capable of interaction in a multi-hammer setting to boost the rock fragmentation process. ECHO focuses on piloting the electric hammer in three real production environments in Finland, Poland, and Spain in collaboration with global leaders in the RM sector.
